Aqui y Ahora Sunset in mountains for yoga community outreach

A Truewell Community Outreach Initiative

Our Mission

Aquí y Ahora exists to create safe, welcoming spaces where people can breathe, move, and reconnect with their bodies through yoga and accessible wellness practices.

We are committed to serving communities navigating stress, transition, and limited access to care, offering moments of calm, dignity, and connection in the present moment.

What We Offer

Accessible Yoga

We offer gentle, adaptable yoga sessions designed to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and connection to the body.

Our approach is trauma-aware, emphasizing choice, pacing, and creating a space where participants feel safe and supported.

Sessions are designed for individuals and groups of all ages and may include chair-based yoga, mat-based practice, and restorative experiences, with options that allow each person to participate in ways that feel right for their body.

No prior experience is required.

Breath & Grounding Practices

We teach simple, practical breathing techniques and body-based regulation tools that help calm the nervous system and build everyday resilience. These practices are designed to be culturally respectful, accessible, and usable beyond the session.

Community Wellness Sessions

We also offer guided wellness sessions that integrate movement, rest, and supportive education. Topics may include stress recovery, improving rest, and simple daily regulation tools that participants can apply in real life.

Our Commitment

We believe wellness should not be a luxury.

We believe community care matters.

We believe yoga can be offered in ways that honor culture, language, lived experience, and dignity.

Here and now, together.

Our Story

Aquí y Ahora was created by, Camila Graim and Stacey Castillo, brought together through a shared love of yoga, movement, wellness, and service.

With roots in Latin America, Camila from Colombia and Stacey with Honduran heritage, we are deeply connected to our communities and the experiences of those who often carry so much while having access to so little.

We came together through our shared belief that everyone deserves a safe, welcoming space to breathe, move, and reconnect with their bodies especially those navigating stress, transition, and limited resources.

Aquí y Ahora was born from a calling to give back and serve communities that need these practices most. Through trauma-informed yoga, gentle movement, guided breathing, and moments of rest, we offer a space for calm, dignity, and connection—here and now.

We are honored and excited to partner together in this beautiful project.
