A glimmer is a small moment of goodness, connection, or beauty that catches your attention. It might be light through a window, the warmth of a cup of tea, a kind exchange, or the feeling of being at home in yourself for a moment.
Gratitude is the practice of letting those moments matter, too.
How to use this practice
There is no right way to do this. Take a slow breath. Let your day come to mind. Notice what rises without forcing it.
Use the four prompts below to gently name what your system already knows. Write a few words, a sentence, or nothing at all.
What matters is the noticing.
Some days this will feel easy. Some days it will feel far away. Both are part of the practice.
