The Gentle Honor Reset

1. Pause the momentum (1–2 minutes)

Sit or lie down. Put your phone face-down.

Take one slow breath in.

Take a slightly longer breath out.

Say quietly:

I’m allowed to keep this simple.

2. Acknowledge the week (2–3 minutes)

Ask yourself:

  • What took effort this week?

  • What did I show up for, even imperfectly?

You don’t need to list everything. One answer is enough.

3. Name one truth (1–2 minutes)

Complete this sentence:

This week asked a lot of me, and that matters.

Or:

What I did was enough for this season.

Let the sentence stand without arguing with it.

4. Close the week (1 minute)

Place a hand on your chest or belly.

Say:

The week is complete.

That’s the ritual.

Optional ultra-low-energy version:

If even this feels like too much:

  • Take one breath

  • Whisper: I’m still allowed to rest.

That counts.
